Neighborhood Information – Golfside
Golfside is a beautiful subdivision of Lansbrook, located in the East Lake area of North Pinellas.
The community of Golfside features a lot of two story homes, but there are some one-story layouts sprinkled among them, as well. With floor plans including three, four and five bedrooms, these homes offer a lot of variety to meet the needs of different size families and lifestyles. They range widely in size from 1,600 to 3,500 sq. ft of living space, so there is something for just about everyone.
If you prefer formal dining and living areas, or even if you prefer open great room plans, the homes of Golfside have both. It is near the Pinellas Trail, the county’s finest schools and parks, and it’s just a few minutes from the white sands of Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, Lansbrook is quiet, yet less than a 30-minute drive from Tampa and Clearwater/St. Petersburg airports.
