Lynnwood, a subdivision of prestigious Lansbrook, is located in the East Lake area of North Pinellas. This neighborhood is situated on the northern side of Lansbrook near a large, wooded conservation area that is teeming with wildlife. It is common to see deer roaming here.

Lynnwood residents take great pride in their community and it shows. Properties are beautifully landscaped and exteriors are picture perfect.
