Northfield is an upscale subdivision of Lansbrook, located in the East Lake area of North Pinellas.
The newest section in Lansbrook, Northfield homes were crafted in the early 2000s by two of the area’s most prominent builders, David Weekley and Nohl Crest. Families love the convenience of the neighborhood because it is within walking distance of East Lake High School and just down the street from two of the county’s finest elementary schools.
