Northfield in Lansbrook

Northfield is an upscale subdivision of Lansbrook, located in the East Lake area of North Pinellas.

The newest section in Lansbrook, Northfield homes were crafted in the early 2000s by two of the area’s most prominent builders, David Weekley and Nohl Crest. Families love the convenience of the neighborhood because it is within walking distance of East Lake High School and just down the street from two of the county’s finest elementary schools.

These model-like homes range from 2,400 to over 3,600 sq. ft. with four plus bedrooms and three baths. Floor plans include both one and two-story layouts with large kitchens and flexible bonus rooms. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, Lansbrook is quiet, yet less than a 30-minute drive from Tampa and Clearwater/St. Petersburg airports.
