Robinwood in Lansbrook

Robinwood is a single-family luxury subdivision of Lansbrook, located in the East Lake area of North Pinellas.

Crafted by some of the area’s finest builders, such as Marc Rutenberg and Nohl Crest, the homes of Robinwood range from 3,000 to over 4,200 sq. ft. Built in the early 2000s, home exteriors are contemporary, with high-peaked rooflines, large windows in various shapes, stone accents, pillars, and three-car garages on oversized lots.
