Lansbrook Overview

Bordering Pinellas County’s largest lake – Lake Tarpon – is the prestigious golf course community of Lansbrook. A large community, with 20 distinct neighborhoods in both Tarpon Springs and Palm Harbor, Lansbrook features a private lakefront park, playground, recreation complex and views of Lansbrook Golf Club. It is located across the street from the 8,500-acre Brooker Creek Preserve.

Lansbrook offers a wide variety of home styles, such as condominiums, town homes, villas, lakefront properties, golf course homes and luxury estates, each grouped separately. Neighborhoods are nestled among natural woodlands and beautiful lakes and ponds. Many lots feature conservation, waterfront and golf course views. And, the well-planned, tree-lined streets are shaded, perfect for walkers, bikers and joggers.

Nestled on the west side of the community is private Lake Park, overlooking picturesque Lake Tarpon. Here, residents launch their boats, host private parties, and enjoy strolling the trails along the water. The area is teeming with wildlife.

At the heart of the community is Lansbrook Golf Club, a long-time favorite of residents and visitors alike. Its course has a traditional Florida layout with no parallel fairways. It is surrounded by lush wetlands, and there is water at 16 of its holes!
